Welcome

Pastor Dustin Hays is a native of the North Jefferson area and is married to his wife, Emilie. They have a son named Elijah and a little girl on the way, Evelyn. Currently, Dustin works full-time as a Cardiac Rehab Coordinator at St. Vincent’s East, and Emilie is an RN in the Neonatal ICU unit at Grandview Medical Center. Dustin has a heart for ministry and has been involved in various roles for over 20 years at Shady Grove Church in Mount Olive, Alabama. Dustin graduated from the Highlands College Pastoral Leadership Program in May 2020. He is currently enrolled at Lee University to complete a bachelor’s degree in Ministry Leadership with an emphasis on discipleship. Dustin brings a strong desire to serve the Lord, North Point Community Church, and the North Jefferson community. We are proud to have him serve as our lead pastor and are excited to see what God can do at NPCC under his leadership. Please welcome him and his family and keep them in your prayers.
